Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from receiving the item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess the problem and make it right.

Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.
However, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days, for any reason, without justification. As mentioned above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused or with no signs of use, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
